Today, exactly 100 years after the first session of the Constituent Assembly of Georgia, the original documents, preserved at the National Archives of Georgia, were exhibited for just one day at the Exhibition Pavilion of the National Archives:
- Act of Independence of Georgia, adopted on May 26, 1918 and approved on March 12, 1919 at the first sitting of the Constituent Assembly (owned by the Parliament of Georgia, preserved in the National Archives of Georgia)

The Constituent Assembly was the Legislative Body of the Democratic Republic of Georgia, which was elected by universal, secret, equal, and direct suffrage on February 14-16, 1919.
The first meeting of the Constituent Assembly was held on March 12, 1919.
