The participants of the second international archival film festival of the National Archives are known

 38 feature, documentary, and animated films that have been preserved at 18 archival and film institutions across 15 countries will be screened at the second international festival of archival films of the National Archive of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia The festival will open on October 4 with the program of the National Archives of Georgia. "Sakartvelos Kurortebi" is an advertising film shot in 1930 by director Eduard Supatashvili. It tells us about such medical and recreational resorts in Georgia as Borjomi, Abastumani, Tskaltubo, Akhtala, Bakuriani, and others. The journey to the Georgian highlands is the most striking aspect of the movie. Sports and cultural events are included in addition to medical procedures.

The second film of the Georgian program, "Msoplio Tashs Ukravs" was made by Giorgi Asatiani in 1960 about the Georgian National Ballet "Sukhishvili".  The film shows the ensemble's concerts in London, Paris, Rome, New York, Los Angeles, Bogota, Mexico City, Havana, and other major cities around the world. The film also shows the sights of the American and European countries visited by the ensemble members.

On October 5-7, the festival days will continue with the archival films of 1909-1975, directed by Alfred Machin, Dušan Vukotić, Jan Nemec, Leida Laius, Albrecht Victor Blum, Ella Bergman Michel, The Manaki Brothers, Reinaldo Ferreira, Jimmy Murakami, Robert Siodmak, and others, preserved in the collections of Royal Film Archives of Belgium, the Federal Archives of Germany, the German Film Institute, the Dutch Eye Film Museum, the cinematheques of the Czech Republic, Peru, North Macedonia, the film museums of Portugal and Turin, the film archives of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Poland, Bulgaria, National Archives of USA and Malta. made between 1909-1975.

The Tbilisi International Archive Film Festival was established by the National Archives last year. On October 4-7, 2023, the festival will be held for the second time, and this year's theme is "Treasures of Film Archives".
