The National Archive of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia was introduced to international news in the field of archival, projects and recommendations implemented in different countries at the 9th annual conference of the International Council of Archives (ICA) in Rome.

Within the framework of the three-day event, the General Director of the National Archives, Teona Iashvili, also participated in the EURBICA General Assembly of the European Division of the International Council of Archives. At the working meeting, one year's activities were summarized and future projects were planned.

The international conference covered various topical archival issues. Attention was focused on the protection of archives and cultural heritage during the war, archival solidarity, challenges of digital transformation, the use of artificial intelligence in the archival field, archives in the service of democracy, etc.
