The exhibition "Greeks in Georgia" was opened in the exhibition pavilion of the National Archives of Georgia of the Ministry of Justice and was dedicated to the Independence Day of Greece.
The collections of the National Archives contain a variety of material about the Greeks living in Georgia, which reflects their life and the relations between the two countries. The exhibition presents: Georgian and Greek historical documents, Greek hymns, documents about temples, Greek masters and Greek schools, maps, building projects, photos and more.
The exhibition was opened by the Director General of the National Archives Teona Iashvili and the Ambassador of Greece to Georgia Maria Theodorou.
The exposition will last until March 27 in the exhibition hall of the National Archives.
