25th Anniversary of the "Lurji Pari" - The National Archives participated In The Webinar

Representatives of the National Archives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia participated in a webinar on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the International Committee of the Blue Shield. The conversation focused on the activities, goals and future plans of the organization.

The National Archives is one of the founders of the Blue Shield National Committee (2013) and is actively involved in its activities. The organization serves to develop mechanisms for the protection of cultural heritage at the national level in crisis situations.

Blue Shield brings together professional organizations in the field of archives, libraries, museums, monuments and landmarks (ICA, IFLA, ICOM and ICOMOS) and aims to safeguard world cultural heritage, protect tangible and intangible monuments from natural disasters and armed disasters; Raising public awareness about heritage values and the dangers they face.
