The restoration works continue in the National Archives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.

Currently, the lab of the NA works on disinfection of the Book of Deeds for the village Guerki dated back to 1242. The document was issued by Arsen Chkondidel-Mtsignobartukhucesi to Mgela Abulakhtarisdze. The Book of Deeds was written by Tevdore Chomakisdze on the parchment. The scroll size is 180.0×25.0 cm, four parts are sewed to each other with silk. The document has serious mechanical damages; some parts of text are lost.

Additional 50 manuscripts have been given to the lab of the NA for restoration dated back to the period from 1658 to 1833. These documents have been issued by the Kings Vakhtang VI, Erekle II, Teimuraz II, Konstantine and Solomon II they include Book of Deeds, purchase/debt contracts, orders and other records. The manuscripts have majorly mechanical damages.
