Tamila Apakidze, head of the Laboratory of Restoration of the National Archives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and the restorer Maya Baratashvili are participating in the 9th International Conference “Research of Museum exhibits, Conservation and Restoration” in Kiev, Ukraine.

5 days conference is attended by nearly 50 representatives of the laboratories of restoration of museums and archives, as well as other specialized Higher Education Institutions of about 10 countries.

In the frames of the conference Maya Baratashvili will make a report “Pre-restoration research da restoration of parchment at the National Archives of Georgia”.

Conference will be finished on May, 31.
