•    Preparation of the regulations, job descriptions of the employees of the structural unites of the National Archives and the projects of the commands related to human resources management;
•    Compile and analyze of statistical data;
•    Organization of competitions for the occupation of vacant positions;
•    Discussion and response on letters and applications within its competence;
•    Organization of competition for the probation;
•    Development of the proposed innovations and recommendations in the field of Human Resources Management.
