Cinema Hall

The Cinema of the National Archives of Georgia is located in the building of the National Archives (1, Vazha-Pashvela Avenue / 40, Pekini Avenue. Tbilisi, Georgia), entrance from Pekini Avenue.

Cinema working schedule:

a) working days - from Tuesday to Sunday;

b) working hours - unfixed;

c) day off - Monday (except for special cases). 

The main purpose of the cinema is to popularize/show the films, belonging to the National Archival Fonds, to organize non-profit film screenings.

Film screenings and other events can be arranged for a fee, as well as free of charge (including the joint projects of the National Archives and individuals or legal entities).

The terms and fees for using the cinema hall are regulated by the Decree N506 of December 29, 2011 of the Government of Georgia "On the terms and conditions for the service, provided by the National Archives of Georgia by the Legal Entity of Public Law subordinated by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia”.

Tickets for the cinema session can be purchased at the box office of the cinema: one ticket fee - 5.00 GEL (paragraph 20 of the table provided for in the first paragraph of the annex adopted with the Decree N506 of December 29, 2011 of the Government of Georgia).

The fee for using the cinema for individuals and legal entities amounts to 900.00 GEL - for one day, 300.00 GEL - for one hour (according to the Decree N506 of December 29, 2011 of the Government of Georgia).
