The exhibition "Georgian Diafilm", which reflected the history of the creation and development of the Georgian Diafilm, was exhibited at the National Archives Exhibition Pavilion from December 26, 2016 until January 31, 2017.

The viewer had the opportunity to see original drawings and electronic versions of about 60 Georgian Diafilms, photos and film depicting the creative team and the process of producing Diafilms, as well as technical means to create diaphragms.

A Diafilm is a set of pictures and text onto a positive tape that is used to display special equipment. The history of Georgian diafilms began in the 1950s at the studio of the Georgian Film Multimedia Studio. Numerous artists and screenwriters have worked to create a variety of Georgian and foreign fairy tales, stories and short stories.
