An exhibition organized by the National Archives of Georgia was held in Poti on January 6, 2014, as part of the events dedicated to the 170th anniversary of the birth of Niko Nikoladze and the 155th anniversary of the declaration of Poti as a port city.

Most of the photos selected for the exhibition are part of the Nikoladze-Gambashidze collection and reflect the multifaceted life of Niko Nikoladze's family and friends. Authors of that photographs are: Niko Nikoladze, Giorgi Nikoladze, Davit Guramishvili and Vakhtang Gambashidze in the 70s of the 19th century and the 20-ies of the 20th century.
