The photos depict the architectural monuments of Georgia, the ancient inscriptions on them and fragments of frescoes. The photos were taken in 2014-2019 within the framework of the project 'National Archives' Expeditions', implemented by the National Archives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. The project aims to collect the video and the photo materials of the historical monuments of Georgia and enrich the treasury of the archival fonds with modern documents. The project is carried out by the Scientific Division and the Central Audio-Visual Archive of the National Archives of Georgia.
