Competence of the Department:

• Organization of the centralized supply of the system of the National Archives of Georgia;

• Managing of the straighten work of the Warehouse;

• Ensuring the maintenance of the main means and other inventory owned by the National Archives;

• Creation of the centralized system of fuel supply of the motor transport owned by the National Archives and expenditure control, as well as providing their smooth, uninterrupted operation;

• Inventory registration of the main means owned by the National Archives;

• Ensuring of designing, building, and major repairs and reconstruction of the buildings of the  structural units of the National Archives and territorial bodies;

• Keeping the norms and standards of fire safety in the buildings of the Central Office and the Central Archives of the National Archives;

• Keeping the sanitary norms in the buildings of the Central Office and the Central Archives of the National Archives;

• Discussion of the official correspondence and preparation of appropriate response;

• Implementation of other powers, provided by the law.
