Competence of the Division:
Division represents the structural unit of the National Archives of Georgia, that is guided by the Constitution, Law of Georgia about "National Archives and the National Archival Fonds", regulations of the National Archives and other legislative and by-laws normative acts, provision of the National Archives and Division regulations.
The main function and task of the division is the scientific-technical processing of the documents of recruitment source-institutions of the Central Archive of Contemporary History, as well as other legal persons.
Division functions on contractual basis. Service payment is regulated by the fee regarded by the resolution of the Government of Georgia.
