Goals and Functions:

• Provides the systematic supplement of the National Archival Fonds with the profile documents;
• Works on the renewal and composition of the lists of the source organizations banking the archive and the owners of the private origin documents;
• controls business correspondence and archival affair in the source-organizations banking the Central Archives;
• Makes the appraiser examination for special purpose of the archival fonds preserved at the Central Archives;
• Checks the correctness of the examination commission of organizations, archival regulations; instructions of business correspondence;
• Makes the statistic registration of the volume and condition of the documents preserved at the source-organizations banking the Central Archives.
